PACO ("we", "us", "our") is a personal concierge service based in Lisbon, Portugal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PACO AI connector.
When you connect to PACO through an AI assistant (such as ChatGPT or Claude), we collect:
• Your email address (used to verify your PACO membership)
• Tasks and requests you submit through the AI connector
• Usage logs (which tools you use, when)
We use your information solely to provide the PACO concierge service — verifying your identity, routing your tasks to our team, and tracking progress on your requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region) and on Trello boards accessible only to the PACO team. Task data is retained for the duration of your PACO membership and deleted upon request.
PACO uses the following third-party services:
• Supabase — authentication and database
• Trello — task management
• Railway — server hosting
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at ai@pacoservices.pt.
